Seven Check Points for Healthy Living

Healthy living is a combination of healthy eating and healthy thinking. We will time and again bring for you ideas and proofs which, if included in daily life will definitely benefit our readers.

I will simplify the above thought. How do I know I am healthy? Checkpoints to ponder:

  1. Do I get up fresh when I wake up in the morning or with a heavy head?
  2. Does my body feel light as a feather or as though I am dragging it?
  3. Am I able to enjoy the morning and feel full of energy to walk or do my daily chores?
  4. Do I feel happy seeing people in my environment or I get irritated seeing them?
  5. Do I feel a sense of gratitude for all I have received?
  6. My mind is actively working to create benefit in other peoples lives?
  7. After my day is over do I sleep undisturbed and get up refreshed without alarm clock ringing?

If I fulfil most of the above criteria, I am considerably healthy. Those who don’t match the above no worries at all, with a little dedication and discipline we all can definitely be very healthy and enjoy life to the optimum.
